Nope! POGO is shelf stable and made for life on the go. Toss it in a backpack, beach bag, lunchbox, gym bag or pantry. That said…they’re really good chilled. Try them straight from the fridge for an extra satisfying bite..

About 3 days.  We recommend you refrigerate after opening to stretch this out and for maximum freshness.

Sacha Inchi is a plant from the Amazon region that we use as one of the plant-based protein sources in POGO. It helps us create a delicious snack made with real ingredients — without the chalky taste often found in protein snacks.

Blue spirulina, a naturally derived ingredient from algae, gives Blue Birthday Cake its fun blue color; with no artificial dyes.

No artificial flavors, colors or mystery ingredients here. We keep it simple and delicious. Our Blue Birthday Cake flavor is made with blue spirulina for example.

Our Choco-Chip Brownie flavor are typically school-friendly and made with sunflower seed butter instead of nut butter.  However, since school policies vary, we always recommend checking with your child’s school and then comparing their requirements against our ingredients.  If you have questions, we're here to help!

POGO is rich in plant-based protein and made with ingredients chosen for simple, clean nutrition. While POGO is not made with common protein allergens like dairy or whey, it does contain Sacha Inchi, a nutrient-rich plant protein, so we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list if you have allergy sensitivities.

In addition, if you have other general food sensitivities, we recommend you run the ingredients and nutrition facts panel by your nutritionist, dietitian, allergist, medical professional, or food specialist before consuming POGO.

No way. POGO was inspired by nostalgic flavors and made for the kid in all of us.  We created them as the snack that both kids and will adults love.  We don't believe there should be a reason to have to buy separate snacks for you and your kids.  

Yes! One of our favorites: crumble Strawberry Shortcake into Greek yogurt for an instant treat. You can also toss pieces into oatmeal, smoothie bowls or even freeze them for a snack twist.

POGO was born in Sag Harbor, New York, and that’s where our headquarters are. POGO products are produced by our trusted third-party production partner in a USDA-certified manufacturing facility just outside our hometown.

We closely monitor production and take extensive measures to ensure quality and consistency.

POGO gets its protein from sprouted brown rice protein, ancient grain Sacha Inchi as well as our nut butters.  There is no dairy.

POGO is made with premium ingredients most protein snacks skimp on.  That's why they taste better with no chalky aftertaste.  

We worked hard to create the protein snack we wished existed with flavors that actually feel joyful.
